Research On The Satisfaction Of Technology Demonstration Households In Huaiyang District With Agricultural Technology Extension Services And Its Influencing Factors

With the growth of agricultural economy and the continuous development of agricultural modernization,the popularization of agricultural science and technology plays an increasingly obvious role in promoting agriculture.The popularization of agricultural technology is an important link to promote the combination of agricultural technology and agricultural production.In the process of agricultural technology extension,advanced science and technology demonstration households are pioneers among ordinary farmers.They have high comprehensive quality,innovative ideas and rich agricultural production experience,and can play an active role in promoting and leading the process of new agricultural technology extension.When agricultural technology is being popularized,the satisfaction degree of scientific and technological demonstrative households to agricultural technology extension service can be reflected from the extension effect,which is of great significance in improving the level of agricultural technology extension service and promoting the development of agricultural modernization.Therefore,in this paper,the investigation and research on the satisfaction degree of science and technology demonstration households in HuaiYang district is very valuable,which plays an important role in the application of agricultural science and technology to agricultural production practice,improving the transformation of scientific research achievements and promoting the development of agricultural modernization.Based on the theory of agricultural technology diffusion and farmers' satisfaction,this paper first investigates the general situation of agriculture in HuaiYang district,zhoukou city,and analyzes the general situation of agricultural technology extension in HuaiYang district from the aspects of the system,management mode,organization setup and personnel.The paper also analyzes the current situation of agricultural technology extension service in terms of its service content,service mode and existing problems.A questionnaire survey of 267 science and technology demonstration households from 10 towns and villages in huaiyang district,zhoukou city,henan province was designed.According to the survey data,the satisfaction of science and technology demonstration households in different aspects of agricultural technology extension service was calculated,and then the binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze in depth the education level,age and gender,land area owned,degree of science and technology application,training times of agricultural technicians and other 14 aspects of science and technology demonstration households.Finally,it is concluded that the technical content of the training should match the needs of the farmers.Based on the empirical analysis of the model,this paper analyzes the problems that need to be improved in the agricultural technology extension service in HuaiYang district,and puts forward corresponding solutions,including: establishing the technology extension system and farmers' feedback mechanism;Improve the existing selection mechanism of agricultural technical personnel and continuously improve the comprehensive ability of technical personnel;Enrich the knowledge of agricultural technology extension,improve the efficiency and quality of service;Mobilize the enthusiasm of science and technology demonstration households,play the leading role of demonstration households;We will innovate the way of agricultural technology extension and build a service network for agricultural technology extension.To improve the level of agricultural extension services to provide reference and continue to innovate the model and content of agricultural technology extension services.The innovation of this paper lies in that most of the research at home and abroad focuses on the service system of agricultural science and technology at the grass-roots level,the mode of agricultural technology popularization and relevant case studies,and analyzes the influence of various factors on agricultural technicians and suppliers from different perspectives,without fully considering the satisfaction of farmers.From the perspective of agricultural technology extension,this study fully considered farmers' satisfaction,and identified the key issues affecting the service of agricultural technology extension by taking farmers' technology demonstration households as representatives.The disadvantage is that when determining the investigation scope,only 10 of the 18 townships in HuaiYang district of zhoukou were selected due to time,which limited the investigation scope of this paper.The future research can expand the investigation scope as much as possible to make the research results more representative.
