| At present, the agricultural extension system in town in Zhejiang province is faced with a new chanllenge. Under such a background, this paper analyzes various factors, which influence the action of extension, and advances some suggestions, through the research of the town agricultural personnel's action of extending agricultural technology. The main method of this research is the combination of the theory analysis and the positive analysis, and the main mathematics model in this paper is the Tobit Model. This thesis is comprised of the following eight parts:In the first part, the author briefly explains some questions, such as the background and the intention of this thesis, the content of this research and so on.In the second part, the author summarizes the theories of agricultural extension, agricultural development and behaviorism.In the third part, this part reviews the research on the extension of agricultural technology and summarizes the fruits of the research.In the forth part, we can find the important role plays by agricultural extension between the improvement of agricultural technology and the development of agriculture.In the fifth part, according to the Theory of Planned Behavior, the author constructs an analysis modle for action of agricultural extension personnel, and also raises some hypothesis.In the sixth part, the author utilizes the investigation data to analyze the thoughts of town agricultural personnel and their behaviors in a detailed way.In the seventh part, the author adopts Tobit Model to analyze the factors that influence the town agricultural personnel's action of extending agricultural technology in Zhejiang province.In the eighth part, according to the analyses above, this paper summarizes the research -conclusions, and proposes that what should be done is: ensuring the extension time of Town agricultural personnel, pay more attention to those low-level certificated personnel's training, the way to dissolve the shortage of extension funds and so on. |
