In the Belt and Road's strategy,Chongqing is regarded as an important strategic fulcrum and construction becomes an important support for the opening up of the western region,which brings Chongqing another important development opportunity after the development of the western region and the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.Of course,there will be even more serious challenges.The construction has become an important strategic fulcrum for "The Belt and Road",and the important support for the opening up of the western region has set higher requirements for the industrial development of Chongqing,which needs to seize this great historical opportunity and constantly adjust its industrial structure.Improve their own industrial competitiveness,promote sustained economic growth.Therefore,this article takes “The Belt and Road” as the background,studies the industrial structure and the industrial competitiveness of Chongqing,through the empirical analysis,draws the conclusion of optimizing the industrial structure and promoting the industrial competitiveness of Chongqing.This article takes “The Belt and Road” strategy as the background,takes Chongqing's superiority in the “The Belt and Road” strategy as the clue,takes the strategic fulcrum and the important support for the western development and opening as the breakthrough point,defines the key industries to be studied in this paper.For short,Chongqing Silk Road Industry.Combined with the current situation of the development of the Silk Road industry in Chongqing,it is found that the emerging strategic industries in the Silk Road industry are developing rapidly,the development of agriculture,wholesale and retail trade lacks of power,the development of the financial industry is unstable,and the situation of innovation is lacking.On this basis,the paper makes further analysis on the industrial structure and industrial competitiveness of Chongqing Silk Road by using the method of deviation-share analysis and principal component analysis in the whole country and in Chongqing,respectively.First of all,the method of deviation-share analysis is used(SSM).According to the data of the whole country and Chongqing from 2008 to 2016,the paper analyzes the industrial structure and competitiveness of Chongqing Silk Road industry in the whole country.It is found that the development of Chongqing Silk Road industry has obvious stages,and the industrial structure is constantly adjusting and optimizing.The competitiveness of the industry continues to improve,and according to the deviation of the various industries,we can find that the Chongqing Silk Road industry contains a huge potential for development.Then,by using the principal component analysis method and the data of 2016,the author makes a study on the Silk Road industry in Chongqing,and finds that the development of the Silk Road industry in Chongqing is unstable,the gap between the industrial development levels is large,and the industrial development is not balanced.And find out the basic scale of Chongqing Silk Road and management competitiveness,risk prevention competitiveness and capital operation and economic efficiency competitiveness in the average level of the reasons.Finally,in view of the conclusion,we put forward to continue to optimize the industrial structure,and focus on promoting the driving force of sustainable economic development;To strengthen the exchange of experiences among the higher competitive industries and to enhance the competitiveness of the industries;Increase the talent introduction,innovate the development model,improve the basic scale and management competitiveness;The four suggestions are to strengthen the industry's ability to resist risks and keep the industry competitive power to improve smoothly.
