After the third plenary session of the 18th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)central committee,in the modern market economy,China's mixed-ownership enterprises have been developing vigorously,playing the key role in maintaining the stable economic growth,alleviating employment pressure and facilitating fair and just market competition.The compensation management module in the human resource management module plays a very important role in the process of attracting,guaranteeing and motivating talents.Revenue has always been the top concern for hundreds of millions of Chinese employees.The central government issued the measures for the budget management of total wages of enterprises,deepened the reform of the social security system,and so on,in order to fundamentally guarantee the employment needs of urban workers.However,the rapid development of mixed ownership does not mean that its management is mature.Due to the short establishment time and poor integration ability,most enterprises are not perfect in salary management,resulting in many problems,such as frequent talent flow and low market competitiveness.In a lot of research about compensation management at home and abroad in this paper,based on the data analysis and interview method,from the aspects of enterprise salary structure,personnel training,appraisal mechanism,promotion growth and corporate culture,according to the current situation of compensation management of enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems of compensation management in the process of integration of mixed ownership enterprises,and re-sorts the purpose,principles and ideas of the optimization scheme,the design plan and the problems that should be paid attention to.And from the compensation system,communication channels,the rule of law norms and corporate culture,such as the security measures,in the end is applied to the practice of enterprise management.Overall train of thought of this paper is to eliminate polarization of mixed ownership enterprises pay levels and lack of fair and transparent pay system,on the premise of ensure employees to ensure treatment,the compensation management of combining the elements of decomposition,designed to improve enterprise and employee relationship compensation optimization measures,but in the process of research,limited to the limited professional ability and data,hard to avoid flaws,but aims to put forward the common problems in the development of the mixed ownership and to provide reference for the further study of the compensation management.
