Strategic readjustment in the economic structure.Industrial upgrading andcontinue stimulating domestic demand has become a hot topic discussed by differentparties.There are indications that China’s economy has undergone several importantturning point after being at a delicate moment in history.Spirit of play has not endedyet, the crisis has horns outcrop. If the enterprise wants to achieve sustainabledevelopment in a tough environment, the growing importance of human capital andhuman resource management must be elevated to a more business-driven perspectiveto guide the refinement of business. Human resource takes more and more importantrole as the first resource in today’s rapid development economy environment. Whatshould Human resource managers do is to enhance the core competitiveness ofenterprises and improve the incentive mechanism perspective, pay more attention onhow to distinguish key talents, motivate and retain them. Meet different needs ofemployees at different stages of individual development, treat them with differentproposal and provide them with a reasonable remuneration package, fully embodiesthe incentive compensation management.This paper studies on the problem of salary management and reward system of KCorporation, the foreign-owned multinational enterprise in China, introduces thesalary definition as well as the basic theory, procedures and methods on how to designthe proper remuneration system. Using the methods of salary satisfactory survey tocollect employees’ the suggestions concerning the compensation and benefitmanagement, which reveal the problems on salary management system. Analyze thereasons by means of job analysis and position evaluation. Find the available solutionand provide the proposal on how to redesign and optimize the salary structure fromthree key aspects which include the factors of position, performance and person. Itspurpose is to help company improve the salary management status, enhance thecompany’s core competitiveness, improve employees’ satisfaction with the companyand give full play to the role of remuneration motivation effect.
