With the development of reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises, more and more Chinese companies have to realize that human resource management plays an important role in enterprise. A new compensation system for The No.2 Branch of China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group Co.,Ltd. by modern human resource theory is established.The importance of salary and rewards system in human resource management is discussed the meaning of research as well as current situation and background of research for this problem is given in the paper first. The relative theories of salary and rewards is introduced in chapter 2. This paper analyse the old salary and rewards system of The No.2 Branch of China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group Co.,Ltd. and pointed out the main problems in the old system in chapter 3. Position analysis and evaluation are mentioned in chapter 4. A complete compensation system of The No.2 Branch of China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group Co.,Ltd. is given in chapter 5. Finally, a conclusion for the thesis research results is given in chapter 6 briefly.The purpose of this paper is to establish a modern compensation system in state-owned enterprise so as to enhance the market competitive ability of state-owned enterprise.
