The recruitment of human resource management as one of the modules,is suitable for enterprises to obtain business development personnel channels,is the enterprise based on the current stage of business development,planning of human resources,determine the number of enterprise personnel and adapt to enterprise development quality,through scientific analysis of human resources means to obtain the enterprise required personnel and arrange the required job according to the characteristics of talent,to maximize the value of the process.In the rapid development of economy of our country nowadays,market and enterprises increasingly fierce competition,the focus of modern enterprise management personnel in the quality of talent has been from the only basic execution ability can be sublimated to the height of the spirit to lead the development of enterprises.The competition of enterprises has also evolved into the double competition talent.With the development of society,the most basic means of transport has entered the household,and people's family life.With the development of the automobile industry,the parking lot has begun its development.Since the first toll handwriting registration license plate number of parking fee calculation amount,and then a gate,a remote control,the remote control gate,lifting rods,vehicles,artificial charge smart card parking system gradually replace the original license plate recognition system,then take high-speed development,even mode based on Internet under the parking system and the combination of Internet,we can monitor the operation of parking lot.The duties of the parking lot staff with the changes in the way the parking fees are also changing.In this paper,H parking management company as the research object,by using knowledge from people with the status quo and employees of the company recruitment parking management company employees together,and find out the existing problems in the recruitment plan,and will further modify and optimize the original staff recruitment plan,the recruitment procedure and method is more science and practice,so as to solve the recruitment problem of H company at present,in order to achieve effective recruitment by means of more scientific and reasonable to make the enterprise human resources.
