With the deepening of social and economic development,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly intensified.There is no doubt that economic competition is mainly reflected in technical competition and mental competition,and the most critical factor is human beings.The implementation of the enterprise development strategy,in essence,can not leave the basic level of the enterprise workers,their work performance of excellence to the enterprise development and growth of the decisive role.Therefore,how to stimulate the potential of grass-roots workers through the incentive mechanism has a certain practical significance and theoretical value.Based on the existing theory,this paper studies the development of ZL company,through questionnaire survey,The paper analyzes the existing problems in the incentive mechanism of the basic level employees of the enterprises,including the following aspects: the lack of awareness of the importance of the incentive system,the imperfection of the training system,the lack of communication and feedback in the incentive process,the single and non-differentiated incentive mode,and the personnel spirit.There is no satisfaction and no implementation of "negative incentives." Based on the above issues,the incentive plan for ZL's grassroots employees was revised,and the "O-S-D-T" plan was formulated to encourage grassroots employees to be evaluated.First,the "Overall compensation" program was implemented.External factors such as material and improvement of the working environment,while providing compensation to employees;Secondly,the "Simple assessment" for grassroots employees makes the assessment of grassroots employees more simple and easy;Thirdly,the "Double Promotion" is adopted to provide various channels for the promotion of grassroots employees;Finally,using "training incentives",modern companies must not only assess employees,but also "empower" employees.In order to ensure the implementation of the latest incentive program implemented by ZL,this article also provides guarantees for the new program from the perspectives of corporate culture,organizational structure,and personnel support.
