With the development of economy and society, the competitive environment faced byfirms are also increasingly fierce. But it is undeniable that economic competition isgradually reflected in the science and technology competition and intellectual competition,people as the important influence factors, is the leading role of economic competition. Inother words, the economic competition is actually the competition of human resources. Asthe backbone of corporate strategy formulation and implementation, Basic level employeeplay a connecting role whose work performance largely determines the development ofenterprises,so the research on how to promote middle management incentive mechanismhas a certain practical significance and value.Based on relevant theory, taking Kunshan L company as object, summed up thecurrent situation of the incentive effect of grass-roots staff by questionnaire, found thegrass-roots staff believes that the overall low pay, performance appraisal system of thecompany although the introduction of very early, but there are still many body systemproblems, also need to intensify efforts to coordinate and amend the current performanceappraisal system. Through the analysis of enterprise research and summary, at present thecompany grass-roots staff incentive exists five problems: the training system is not perfect,the grass-roots staff appraisal system and rewards and punishments, the unreasonablesalary distribution is not scientific, talent assessment is not in place, the salary managementis not perfect. Aiming at these problems, the design of L company grass-roots staff of newincentive programs, mainly from four aspects of the grass-roots staff incentive to Lcompany, L company of Kunshan first, a sound performance evaluation system, throughthe improvement of evaluation system so as to basic level employee pressure to work hard,but also enables them to obtain the fairness. Second, design reasonable salary and welfaresystem, enhance the work enthusiasm of the grass-roots staff. Third, establish the system ofoccupation career development to training as the basis, establish the system of occupation career development to training as the basis for the grass-roots staff, helps to solve anymenace from the "rear" employees. Finally, the contents of the work incentive design, so asto improve the grass-roots staff work content itself interesting, promote the intrinsicmotivation of employees at the grassroots level. In order to guarantee the smoothimplementation of the better Kunshan L company new grass-roots staff incentive schemes,the author suggested to protect the three aspects of new incentives from theimplementation of security enterprise culture security, personnel support, organizationalguarantee.
