The increasing degree of global economic differentiation and the fierce competition in the market have promoted modern enterprises to pay more attention to the efficiency of procurement activities.Procurement activities are often inseparable from supply chains,and because suppliers are often the main body in a supply chain,it can be understood that the higher the efficiency of supplier management,the higher the efficiency of supply chain management.Because of this,the application of supplier management in enterprises is getting higher.In recent years,the competitive situation of tire industry is not optimistic,many enterprises are forced to withdraw from the market competition because of poor management.As an influential tire brand in the industry,G company has certain advantages in the industry competition.However,with the improvement of business scale and the increase of product category,it also exposes some problems to be solved in supplier management.Studying the supplier management problems and Improving Countermeasures of G company will help G company to further improve the supplier management mode,so as to effectively reduce costs and increase efficiency.Based on the theory of supplier management,taking G Company as an example,this paper comprehensively uses literature analysis,case study and questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the existing problems based on the actual situation of supplier management in case enterprises,and gives the corresponding improvement countermeasures.The analysis shows that G company's supplier management is mainly manifested in the following problems: firstly,the mechanism of supplier classification management is not perfect;secondly,the mechanism of supplier selection and evaluation is not perfect;thirdly,the supplier performance appraisal scheme lacks systematicness and sustainability;fourthly,the mechanism of supplier strategic information sharing and cooperation is not perfect.To this end,the following aspects should be improved: first,establish and improve the classification management mechanism of suppliers;second,strengthen the construction of supplier selection and evaluation mechanism;third,establish a systematic and sustainable supplier performance appraisal program;fourth,establish a supplier strategic cooperation and information sharing mechanism.At the same time,the following aspects should be strengthened: strengthening the attention and support of the leadership,strengthening the construction of supplier management team,strengthening the dynamic management and risk management of supplier management,and strengthening the construction of quality inspection standard system.
