| In today’s social,competition is becoming more and more intense.The price of material tends to transparency result in that contest among enterprises is changing to cost and delivery war.Total cost consists of each element cost on value chain.If we can ensure per element cost lowest,in other words,we can achieve zero waste in each workstation,then total cost will reduce,production effective will soar increase;go without saying,OTD will can be realized.This article helps Photoelectric Assembly Workshop of B Company to reduce production cost and enhance delivery rate through applying Lean Production Theory.This article executes Lean Production correction action via studying and collating some theory books about Lean Production,TOC and JIT of 1960 s to now and combine with the actual state of B Company.First,application value flow analysis to find out NVA station,finding out bottleneck station by TOC analysis and discovering unreasonable parts in production schedule.Secondly,uses management relate function,Kanban and push & pull combination model to implement improvement action.Finally,draw up some Lean Production action plan of fitting situation of Photoelectric Assembly Workshop of B Company and can be performed.Below research conclusion was obtained vise researching production status of Photoelectric Assembly Workshop of B Company.(1).B Company had known how to some problem in the Lean Production action.(2).Found out a set Lean Production improvement methods of suiting B Company.(3).Summarized the achievements of improvement and then will spread it to other workshop of B Company and same industrial for letting these companies have standard to reference and avoid detours. |
