Research On Optimization Of Production System Of B Company Based On The Value Stream Mapping

In recent years,with the improvement of the production costs,operating costs of various industrial enterprises began higher and higher.Companies must focus on consideration that increasing income and reduce expenditure currently.Meanwhile,under the background of the Belt and Road Initiatives and Industry 4.0,the companies who want to gain status rather than be eliminated in the market,must reflect its original mode of production and operation and based on this,redesign it.So it can reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.As a result,enhance overall competitiveness.In this case,the relevant technologies and methods of Industrial Engineering will be able to fully demonstrate its value.In this passage,based on the actual first-hand data we gained in the process of survey and stream mapping technology,draw the value stream map of D21 production and analyze it to find out the potential problems.Then based on the actual situation of the market demand and production system of the company,identify relevant improved indicators.Under the guidance of Lean Production,Work Study and Line Balance.Analysis the main production processes of D21,including door assembly line,roller assembly line,main assembly line and packaging line and find out the bottlenecks.And work out specific improvement and optimization methods for the various aspects of the core issues.At the same time,in order to achieve JIT production,we establish Kanban pull system between each step.In this way,eliminate the problem of waste,and reduce in-process inventory,solving the liquidity problem caused by inventory backlog.Finally improve the takt time from 29 seconds to 26 seconds,and the line balance rate is improved from 75.74% up to 93.64%.And meanwhile,we improve employee satisfaction through redesigning and optimizing workplace.In the end of this passage,based on the factors that influence the production system,we evaluate how the measures we make have worked to the production system.Among them,mainly involves three types of index: one is that after the optimization we can get quantitative indicator;another one is that we can't get the actual data immediately about the system after improvement;the last is some qualitative description indexes.For the second and last indexes,we have given the ways to get the real date and the evaluation standard.All the results we get can instruct the following plans to implement continuous optimization.
