Since the 21st century,enterprises all develop fast focusing on internationalization and begin to realize that the most fundamental competition among them is the competition for talents and all the management focus on people.Human Resource management,which plays an important role on people management begin to become one of strategies issues together with marketing strategy and cost strategy.In recent years,domestic and international scholars have begun to research how to improve the working attitude of employees through human resource management,so as to improve the overall performance.These studies only focus on the theories and concepts of human resource management,and have little research on how to effectively and clearly convey the information and content of human resource management to employees and be accepted by employees,so as to affect their work attitude and behavior.Based on the review of related researches,this study discusses and analyze the relationship between human resource management strength and employee work attitude.As supervisor play a conveying role during the management,this study also involves the perceived supervisory support as the middle factor.The survey is among the foreign company to check the following problems:1.The influence of human resource management strength on employee work attitude 2.intermediary influence of perceived supervisory support between human resource management strength and employee work attitude.This article uses both normative research and empirical research methods.The normative research mainly reviews the relevant theories,sorts out the concept of human resource management strength,and at the end of the paper,proposes improvements for the current situation of human resource management.The empirical research mainly uses the DEA method to empirically test the impact of human resource management strength of foreign-funded enterprises on employees'work attitudes,and then analyze the data obtained.At last,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Human resource management strength has positive influence on employee work attitude.2.Human resource management strength has positive influence on perceived supervisory support.3.Perceived supervisory support has an intermediary influence between human resource management strength and employee work attitude.This study first carried out relevant hypotheses,then analyzed the data through questionnaires,carried out hypothesis verification,and finally analyzed and verified its reliability and validity.Through the above process,it is clearly indicated that human resource management strength has influence in the employee work attitude.
