In the process of enterprise reform and development, internal contradictions andnew problems are emerging; the staffs' thought has also been changed. The perceivedorganizational support has an important impact on the attitude of its staff. Currently,research on perceived organizational support is only limited to the perspective ofbusiness management, psychology and organizational science and other fields. Fromthe perspective of ideological and political education, carrying out the research aboutperceived organizational support is just beginning, or is still a blank in the otherwords.In this paper, the ideological and political education perspective of the enterpriseperceived organizational support, aims to identify the problems of employees'working attitude, analysis the influence of perceived organizational support onemployee attitudes, and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.Firstly, this paper describes the causes and significance of topics, sort ofperceived organizational support literature, discusses the research situation, andanalysis of the ideological and political education, perceived organizational supportand work attitudes relationship between the three.Secondly, this paper is based on ideological and political education theory,making an association between the ideological and political education content andperceived organizational support in. The survey's data analysis by the software groupspss17.0.According to the analysis and statistics, incomes and benefits are the mostimportant factor to the perceived organizational support on employees.Thirdly, on the research of perceived organizational support on employeeattitudes, there was a significant relationship between recognition and growth thatvalues the support and work attitude, also a significant relationship between jobsupport, psychological and motional support and the remuneration package and workattitude, in the conclusion of the analysis.Finally, from the perspective of the corporate management of the ideological andpolitical education, the paper tries to make the specific recommendations, thatcompanies establish perceived organizational support, by virtue of the times andemployees need to fully meet the demand for workers to retain qualified personnel;that make innovation model of ideological and political education, perceivedorganizational support will be included in the theoretical system of innovation inideological and political education, ideological and political education methods.
