With the development of social economy,more and more enterprises realize that attaching importance to talent cultivation is an important factor for a company to go further.On-the-job training,as an important way and method for enterprise talent management,is directly related to employees’ sense of acquisition and identity,and is of vital importance to promote the talent competitiveness of corporations..However,the ultimate goal of the company’s emphasis on training is to encourage employees to improve after the training and create value for the enterprise.Then,the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training cannot be ignored.Through the effectiveness assessment,companies can discover the value,significance,and problems in training.Therefore,enterprises need to choose appropriate method of effectiveness assessment to measure the value of training.This paper adopts the form of empirical analysis,based on the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model,combined with the actual situation of C company,constructs the evaluation index system of C company’s on-the-job training effectiveness,and determines the index weight by Delphi method and AHP.On the basis of the evaluation,the effectiveness of on-the-job training of C company’s electromechanical technicians was evaluated.The evaluation data of this study was collected by means of questionnaires.According to different evaluation levels and survey objects,the questionnaires were designed.The online assessment method was used to collect data and analyze and process the data.Evaluate the weights of the indicators in the model and finally get the results.Through this assessment,it can be concluded that the current on-the-job training work of Company C is in good condition and the training effectiveness is good.However,some problems have been discovered and need to be further improved in the follow-up training work.
