As is well-known, employee training is an important way to improve human capital. For this reason, enterprises' input in training is increasing. But it has been a problem to evaluate the effects of training.In China, there are also many enterprises which give employees training programs and how to quantify the effects has increasingly been the central issue of scholars. However, domestic scholars have not come to a commonly feasible behavioral model that can be referred to and utilized by enterprises. The training evaluation sunk into a situation of immature theories and difficult operations. This essay does research in enormous literatures, systematically arranges both domestic and international research results, collects the needed evaluation data through 360-degree feedback basing on the Kirkpatrick Model and analyzed the data with mathematical methods. This essay also makes introductions on each layer of the evaluation model and synthesizes them lastly to form a comprehensive evaluation procedure applicable to domestic enterprises which would provide them with a training effects evaluation method of great function and operational feasibility.The introduction part refers to the implementation background and significance of training evaluation as well as the primary job of this essay.The second chapter systematically introduces domestic and international research results and analyses the successive relationship between them. Meanwhile, it also introduces some featured domestic research conclusions which enriches and develops the classic theories of training evaluation.The third chapter does analysis based on the Kirkpatrick Model. It comprehensively defines the evaluation index, the evaluation information and the source and collection method of the data, which paves the way for the pending systematical procedure design and data analysis.The fourth chapter is the core of this essay. Basing on the former discussion, it systematically designs the procedure of the training evaluation. With the help of the data obtained in the second chapter , it adapts fussy synthesis judges,hypothesis test and ROI analysis and gives comprehensive advices to enterprise training evaluation operation. Through the procedure, enterprises can generate evaluation reports for the consultation of relevant personnel.The fifth chapter reviews the innovation and drawbacks of former contents and launches the prospect for further researches.
