| At present,a lot of training in Chinese enterprises is ineffective and repetitive,and the input and output of training are not equal.Enterprises attach importance to training,but ignoring the evaluation of training has become an important factor restricting the effectiveness of enterprise employee training.In this thesis,taking Heng Gang company’s pipe processing mill as an example.Literature research,statistical analysis,chart analysis,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,case study and other research methods were used to analyze and evaluate the effect of position training in pipe processing mill.This thesis is based on SAT(systematic approach of training)and the Kirkpatrick Model,aim at the situation of position training effectiveness of pipe processing mill has carried on the detailed analysis and discussion,points out the problems existing in the effectiveness evaluation of the position training as well as the causes of the problems.Put forward effective solutions,further improve position training effectiveness evaluation working,so as to truly achieve thepurpose of improving the effect of position training.This thesis consists of the following three parts:(1)The situation and existing problems of position training effectiveness evaluation in Heng Gang pipe processing mill.This part by means of introducing Heng Gang pipe processing mill training basic situation and making position training effectiveness questionnaire survey to analysis the situation and existing problems of position training effectiveness evaluation in Heng Gang pipe processing mill.(2)Analysis on the causes of the problems in the evaluation of the training effectiveness of Heng Gang pipe processing mill.This part combined with Heng Gang pipe processing mill position training effectiveness questionnaire survey and actual interview research method,through the managers’ attitudes on position training effectiveness evaluation,staff participation positivity,position training evaluation’s content and methods,position training evaluation system design and implementation etc,analysis on the causes of the problems in the evaluation of the position training effectiveness.(3)According to the reason analysis of(2),aim at the actual situation of position training effectiveness evaluation in Heng Gang pipe processing mill,put forward strategies to improve the situation of position training effectiveness evaluation and the position training effectiveness evaluation system.The main significance of this thesis is to help Heng Gang pipe processing mill to establish a sound training effectiveness evaluation system,so that it can correctly evaluate the training result,review and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of training programs,find new training needs,compare the difference about profits and costs of training programs.It provides an example reference for managements when they make a training decision,it also has certain reference and help for other similar enterprises. |
