| The global banking industry has entered the digital era.How to gain the advantage in the fierce market competition through the digital strategic transformation is a major challenge for Gansu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.As the leader of digital transformation of ABC Gansu Branch,the Ministry of science and technology is responsible for leading the transformation and the cultivation of talents with technology business integration.Because the traditional business model pays more attention to business development and marketing,it shows the phenomenon of "emphasizing business and neglecting technology" in employee motivation,and the degree of attention and motivation to scientific and technological personnel is insufficient.There are some problems in the incentive mechanism of the Ministry of science and technology,such as the lack of internal and external rewards,the unclear guidance of performance appraisal and the lack of fairness,which lead to the phenomenon of the Ministry of science and technology employees’ slack work,low morale,insufficient ability and low overall work performance.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the staff of the Ministry of science and technology,and effectively improve the satisfaction and performance of the staff of the Ministry of science and technology,it is necessary to analyze and improve the existing staff incentive mechanism of the Ministry of science and technology to adapt to the existing market competition environment and the needs of digital strategic transformation..The purpose of this paper is to study the improvement strategy of the staff incentive mechanism of Gansu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.First of all,through the methods of questionnaire,employee interview and literature review,this paper investigates the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the scienceand Technology Department of Gansu Branch,and summarizes the existing problems.Secondly,under the guidance of the comprehensive incentive model theory and other incentive theories,this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the existing problems in four aspects: employee effort,employee performance,internal and external rewards and employee satisfaction.Thirdly,combined with the comprehensive incentive model theory,equity theory,expectation value theory and other incentive theories,this paper mainly gives the improvement strategy of the incentive mechanism of the science and Technology Department of Gansu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China in four dimensions,which are the transformation from improving employees’ efforts to work performance,from work performance to reward,from reward to satisfaction,and from satisfaction to employees’ efforts.Finally,the paper puts forward safeguard measures for the effective implementation of the improvement strategy of incentive mechanism.The improvement strategy of incentive mechanism put forward in this paper is helpful to solve the problem of insufficient incentive for the staff IT Department of Gansu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China,to realize full incentive for the staff IT Department,to provide scientific and technological human resources guarantee for the digital transformation of Gansu branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and to promote the comprehensive development of the business of Gansu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China through the implementation of the comprehensive digital transformation strategy of Gansu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China under the guidance IT. |
