In recent years, China’s state-owned commercial Banks have completed shareholdingsystem reform and establish management system as the core of the modern enterprise system.Not only to mobilize the staff’s work enthusiasm and initiative, also significantly improves theperformance of state-owned commercial Banks and competition ability, and after the sharereform of the agricultural bank of China has also gradually equipped with the motivation andconditions of the incentive mechanism innovation. Bank branch is the basic management unitand in the foundation and the core position in the reform and development, sub-branchmanager as the management of frontier is the agricultural bank reform and development ofenterprise’s leader, organizer and facilitator. How to motivate their creativity and initiative isthe key to the incentive system, along with the deepening of the reform of state-owned Banksfor years, the egalitarian distribution system is broken, but the sub-branch manager’sincentive mechanism still have some deficiencies. In these circumstances, This study try tobuild the sub-branch manager’s incentive system in hunan provincial branch of agriculturalbank of china,so as to offer help and improve operational management level in the state-owned Banks as the representative of agricultural bank.This paper studied in depth the problems of the incentive mechanism existing in hunanprovincial branch of agricultural bank of china based on the interviews and questionnaires andan basic statistical analysis of the data, Especially analyzed and summarized the existingsituation of the implementation of the incentive system and the demand characteristics of thesub-branch manager,and on this basis, according to certain principles and ideas, this paperproposed the improvement plan of hunan agricultural bank sub-branch incentive mechanismand build incentive system,the main content includes the following several aspects:designreasonable salary welfare system of sub-branch manager; establish scientific and perfectperformance appraisal system;established career development system on the basis of thetraining;pay attention to The role of the spiritual incentive,and so on. To make incentivemechanism can implement smoothly and achieved good results, This article summarizesconcrete steps of the incentive scheme implementation of sub-branch manager in the hunanagricultural bank,and divided into the preparation phase, specific implementation stage,evaluation feedback stage, and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures for theimplementation of the process, it includes policy guarantee, organizational guarantee, culturalsecurity and other supporting measures.
