The bank of China,gansu province since its establishment has passed 90 years of development,is also one of the important financial institutions of gansu province,speed up the pace of with the opening up of banking,and the shareholding system,commercial Banks have landed in lanzhou,to form the new competitive landscape.The talent competition of commercial Banks showed growing trend,relative to the employee incentive effect in the trade of gansu,welfare benefits,and performance appraisal,etc,gradually lost its competitive advantage,the brain drain,performance evaluation mechanism is not sound and the decrease of the employee satisfaction,business innovation ability insufficiency,the staffs work enthusiasm is not high.Based on the bank of China,gansu province employees as the research object,on the basis of investigation and model building incentive mechanism,through the way of satisfaction questionnaire survey,collecting province branch employee recognition of current incentives,and for a variety of different incentive factors of difference of perception of objective truth firsthand information,found in staff on the current incentive mechanism in identity degree of difference and focus,and put forward incentive mechanism based on construction scheme,at the same time to evaluate the effectiveness of the scheme in a timely manner.Paper's main conclusion:through the bank of China gansu branch employee satisfaction survey of the current incentive mechanism can be seen that the bank of China gansu branch staff incentive effect is not obvious,the problem is more outstanding,employee satisfaction decreased,so the need to build a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,to mobilize the masses of staff enthusiasm and initiative of business marketing,improve the competitiveness of the bank of China in trade in the province,gansu province.Paper by analyzing the present situation of the bank of China gansu branch staff incentive system,from the pay structure,performance evaluation,incentives,training system and enterprise culture etc.Analysis of the problems existing in the staff incentive mechanism of bank of China,gansu branch and the reasons,through the investigation and analysis and research,put forward specific incentive mechanism.
