In the context of globalization,the banking industry is facing a more deep-seated,large-scale competition. In this increasingly fierce competition in the financial markets, and how to make the banks in a position to win? The banking sector managers focus. Bank of China is China’s only a hundred years of continuous operation of banks, a hundred years of development, although in different historical stages of its development road arduous, but he never gave up the pursuit and dream, in the fierce market competition continue to grow and become a domestic industry the highest degree of international banks. Achievements obtained from all aspects of causes, human resources plays a vital rolen order to rapidly adapt to the increasingly fierce competition, improve primary line and outlets competitiveness and create high efficiency team, the paper through literature research, field interviews and other methods, a subsidiary of Bank of China, from the analysis of a municipal branch-XC branch management current situation, the bank employees in the age of knowledge structure, liquidity and other aspects of the understanding on the basis that the existing staff of the bank’s overall structure has been relatively stable, the current structural conditions of employees in the future development of the enterprise provide the necessary support. So how effective incentive mode or means to maximize the mobilization of existing staff enthusiasm for work, play to their potential, become crucial for further development of the line, has become subject of this article. Article first XC branch staff personnel organizational structure and staff characteristics were analyzed. Then cited the bank incentive compensation, job motivation, target incentive, incentive model, emotional motivation and performance evaluation, and many other aspects of the practice situation, the status of employee incentives and modern management thinking in the motivational concepts were compared. Through the analysis of some specific examples, the authors believe that the current incentive mechanism XC banks in the continuing reform and development has been quite complete, and achieved great success. At the same time, we have found that with the continuous development of business of the firm, as well as increasing staff in all aspects of the industry given the pressure, XC branch incentive mechanism has also been facing some new problems and new challenges. In this paper, the bank employees’ working conditions and incentives needs analysis to identify the current XC branch staff management problems, combined with my years of fieldwork experience, puts forward some measures and methods. Such as the implementation of differentiated human management, focus on staff emotional and psychological research, in the spirit of giving support to strengthen communication with staff, practice richer excitation mode and the construction of cultural and other incentives XC Bank, the Bank of China for the future incentives to leave a new topic.
