Intelligent transportation is a new industry.The intelligent transportation industry in developed countries in Europe and the United States started earlier.However,with the support of science and technology and the strategic thinking of national science and technology powers,China's intelligent transportation industry has developed rapidly,attracting the attention and participation of global capital and technology.The rapid development and huge market potential of China's intelligent transportation industry have driven the global intelligent transportation industry Development and technological progress.At present,the development trend of China's intelligent transportation system integration industry is that the industry environment is becoming smaller and the competition within the industry is increasing.The above situation and trend force the industry integrators of intelligent transportation to carry out innovation and reform,form core competitiveness in combination with their own situation,so as to respond to the development trend of the industry.Fubon Macau is one of the integrators of its market,which has gained a high market share in Macao.The release of the national Guangdong Hong Kong Macao grand bay plan and the opening of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge have accelerated the process of the integration of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and many enterprises in Macao are bound to meet new opportunities and challenges.The board of directors and management of Fubang company agree that the construction of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area will surely bring new market opportunities,and put forward a new development goal of "more than 10 billion and 100 people",which needs to be promoted by formulating corresponding competitive strategies.This paper takes the establishment of the competitive strategy of Fubang company of Macao as the research topic,analyzes the current competitive environment of Fubang company of Macao,analyzes the external environment by pest,analyzes and identifies the industry environment by Porter five force model,and analyzes the CPM benchmarking of the main competitors by analyzing the competitive environment and recognizing the relevant theories and tools of strategic management Based on the opportunities and threats of the industry in which Fubang project is located,EFE matrix evaluation is carried out for the key factors of competitive environment;based on the analysis of the capabilities and resources of Fubang company in Macao,the core competitiveness of Fubang company in Macao is identified by value chain analysis;based on the internal environment analysis,the strengths and weaknesses of Fubang company in Macao are identified,and IEF matrix is carried out for the key factors of strengths and weaknesses Array evaluation.Through SWOT analysis,we can get the optional competitive strategy path.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis,Fubang company of Macao should adopt cost leading strategy as the competitive strategy,and formulate the implementation plan,implementation plan and safeguard measures of the competitive strategy in combination with the actual situation of the company.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for Macao small and medium-sized enterprises to understand their own advantages and disadvantages,to face threats and opportunities,to actively expand the market outside the region,to promote innovation with capital advantages,and to enhance their competitiveness.
