Attitude is an important content of social psychology and psychometry , also is the mediator between extrinsic stimulus and intrinsic response .On the basis of historical review to the research , and analyzing the existing problems , this dissertation brings forward the three purpose: first, framing The Gambling Attitude Scale In Macau, exploring the structure of Macau's attitude to their gambling ; second , in order to explore the influencing factors of Macau's attitude to their gambling , analyzing the gender , the age , the education , the income in different groups of Macau ; third , discussing the relation between gambling attitude and the five-factor model of personality.Forming two parts in this article : first part study is basis of the theory attitude and subjects in Xi'an and Macau, open-ended questionnaire and individual interviews , then , after three measurements , with the help of the authorities from Shannxi Normal University and with the using of statistical knowledge , the author gets the formal scale .The formal scale has good liability and validity .The scale also has a good structure .In part two , the study have investigated residents in Macau with the scale , and analyses the effect of demographic variables such as gender , age , education , income to explore characteristics of influencing factors , then the big five personality of relationship with attitude.The results of this study are as follow :The Macau have a negative attitude toward the gambling; the attitude toward gambling varies according to the variables of age ,gender and the level of education ; the personality traits are closely related with the attitude toward the gambling, the extraversion and neuroticism are the stable factors to the gambling attitude of Macau.
