Financial institutions are an important part of a country's economic body.The state-owned joint-stock commercial banks,namely the five major banks,occupy the primary position in financial institutions.Under the current situation of global economic integration,the market competition and incentive level of China's banking industry has risen sharply.The competition among financial institutions is directly influenced by products and resources,and its root is talents.In this paper,based on the research object of TZ branch of JT bank in state-owned joint-stock commercial banks,firstly,the relevant theories of human resource incentive mechanism are elaborated,including Maslow demand level theory and Adams-On the basis of equity theory and other relevant theories,in combination with questionnaire survey and interview,communicate directly with employees,and analyze the problems in combination with the organizational environment of TZ branch of JT bank,study the causes of the problems in the employees of the branch,and then combine the analysis data to sort out the causes and summarize the analysis results.Therefore,the countermeasures are put forward.The main significance is as follows: first,find out the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of human resource management,and put forward targeted solutions to improve the work efficiency and performance of employees,so as to make the incentive mechanism of human resource employees of TZ branch of JT bank adapt to the overall strategic development and provide system support for sustainable and powerful development;second,through the analysis of the causes,put forward optimization plans,and put forward high employee satisfaction with work,loyalty to the organization,improve work enthusiasm,improve performance efficiency.Through the research of this paper,it can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance to improve the incentive system of employees in the practical work of TZ branch of JT bank,truly mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,give full play to their potential and creativity,and strive for the steady development of TZ branch of JT bank and the realization of personal self-worth.At the same time,the research results of this paper can also provide reference for other basic units of JT bank or other state-owned commercial banks.
