Since the global financial crisis in 2008,the global systemically important banks have been plagued by a culture of greed,a private culture,a culture of fraud and a culture of regulatory evasion,and Chinese commercial banks have their own institutional characteristics,on the basis of cultural construction,there are also tendency problems that need to be corrected: Embracing Culture,hiding culture of family disgrace,perfunctory culture,skirt belt culture,etc.As an important part of China's commercial banks,the city commercial bank has gradually promoted the enterprise culture construction to the height of the enterprise strategy.At the individual level,they can be more actively involved in organizational behaviors and thus improve their performance only if they have a corresponding sense of identity for the culture in which they live.So,how does the city commercial bank evade the above-mentioned bad performance in the process of enterprise culture construction.Can the city commercial bank improve the individual performance of the employees through the construction of enterprise culture,so as to enhance the overall performance of the enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of the banks? The answers to the above questions can better understand the relevance of corporate culture and performance,and provide theoretical and practical reference for solving related problems.Firstly,this paper analyzes the influence of the corporate culture of city commercial banks on individual performance from the theoretical level.Secondly,the employee of Lanzhou Bank is chosen as the research object,the questionnaire is sent out,and the method of regression analysis is used to carry out the empirical research.The research found that the two factors of customer consciousness and innovation in corporate culture have a significant positive influence on the performance of employees' tasks and related performance,the goal vision only has a significant positive effect on employee task performance.Therefore,the article thinks that the city commercial bank should start from the two dimensions of customer consciousness and innovation,so as to increase the individual performance of employees.Finally,on the basis of summing up the conclusions and inspirations of this paper,the author puts forward the following suggestions for the construction of the enterprise culture of the city Commercial Bank: Establish the innovation mechanism,actively explore the new field of change,pay attention to the customer demand,and further strengthen the service consciousness Clear the vision of the goal and continuously improve employee personal performance.
