State-owned enterprises are the lifeblood and pillar of the Chinese economy.They take the responsibility of assisting the government in macroeconomic control and providing power for the country’s economic development.They are in a leading position in the Chinese economic system.The performance of state-owned enterprises will have an impact on China’s economy.In today’s increasingly contested market,the competition between enterprises are around human resources and financial resources.Human resources are the soft power of an enterprise.To a certain extent,human resources are the lifeblood of an enterprise’s development.For enterprises to flourish,people must be thrive.How to inspire the passion and mobilize the creativity of talents is the focus of human resources.Therefore,in today’s market-oriented reforms of state-owned enterprises,it is of great reality and significance to explore issues related to the incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprises.This article takes the status of M Co.,Ltd.’s employee incentive mechanism as the starting point and combines the relevant theoretical knowledge to find out the problems of M Property’s employee incentives.Based on the relevant knowledge of employee motivation principles and existing problems,suggestions are made on the development of incentive mechanisms for managers,logistics and property staff of M Property Branch in compensation incentives,performance incentives and other non-material incentives.Finally,the conclusions are summarized in this article.It is hoped that the research can provide some perspectives and support for developing state-owned enterprise employee incentive mechanism.
