| As the demand for college property services in Yibin has grown exponentially in recent years,the college property industry has become fiercely competitive,causing YC Property Company to suffer a gradual decline in its competitiveness in the fiercely competitive market.At present,YC Property Company faces two major problems: first,business development difficulties,income reduction and labor cost increase;Second,the employee incentive effect is not good,the work enthusiasm is poor,the employee loyalty is low.YC Property Company must urgently strive to invigorate employees’ zeal and inventiveness,invigorate their labor zeal,and give full expression to their individual initiative,so as to enhance the service level of the company,augment owners’ contentment,and ultimately realize the rise in business volume and profit of the firm.YC Property Company is the focus of this paper,which utilizes literature research to analyze the findings of both domestic and foreign researchers on employee motivation.Then,it collects the real data of YC Property Company through interview survey and questionnaire survey.This paper,combining relevant incentive theories such as hierarchy of needs,ERG,two-factor and expectation theory,analyzes the current state of employee motivation at YC Property Company and ultimately concludes that a full employee incentive system has been absent for a considerable period.No matter it is based on material incentive or spiritual incentive,the original incentive measures are not based on the needs of employees and lack of pertinency,resulting in poor enthusiasm,low efficiency and serious staff turnover.Having considered the existing issues,YC Property Company has optimized and designed their incentive measures from multiple angles,such as salary reward,performance evaluation,career growth,other incentives and incentive administration.To guarantee the smooth advancement of these incentives,the corresponding protective measures have been formulated concurrently.This paper’s research results can be of great aid to YC Property Company in addressing the current issues of employee motivation,such as how to more effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of personnel and give them the opportunity to express themselves freely,thus forming a strong basis for the company’s future growth.This paper’s research conclusions,while having a particular reference value to small-scale property companies in southern Sichuan,Sichuan province,and even the entire nation,are also noteworthy. |
