With the increasing proportion of construction industry in the whole national economy,construction industry,as an important industry to absorb migrant workers’ employment,is more and more important to promote social development.As an important part of construction enterprises,the performance level of project department directly influences the speed of enterprise development.Meanwhile,the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal of the project department affects the planning of the overall strategy of the enterprise,the performance appraisal of the employees,the enthusiasm of the employees and other aspects of the work.Therefore,in order to improve the management level of the company,it is very important to establish a reasonable performance appraisal plan for the project department..Firstly,this paper introduced the domestic and foreign literature on performance appraisal method,performance appraisal index setting,performance appraisal implementation and application,problems existing in enterprise performance appraisal and performance appraisal of project management team,and summarized the related theories of performance appraisal and talent incentive,which could provide theoretical basis for the following research.In order to better understand and master the relevant situation of the performance appraisal of the project department of H decoration company,this paper used the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the recognition of the performance appraisal of this project department.It was found that although the performance appraisal work of the project department has make achievements,there are still some problems,including the imperfect performance appraisal system,unreasonable performance appraisal indicators,the participation of performance appraisal and the insufficient feedback of performance appraisal results.Then,based on the company’s actual situation and the company’s development strategy,this paper combined with the goal management,key performance indicators and other performance appraisal theoretical methods.The Delphi method was used to determine the weight of the appraisal indicators,and the performance appraisal scheme of the project department of H decoration company was improved in four aspects: improving the performance appraisal system,optimizing the performance appraisal indicator system,improving the participation of the performance appraisal and following up the performance appraisal results.Finally,in order to ensure the better implementation of the project department’s performance appraisal,this paper developed the corresponding guarantee mechanism from organization guarantee,system guarantee,publicity guarantee,talent guarantee,culture guarantee and supervision guarantee.It is hoped that improving the performance appraisal scheme of the project department is beneficial to arouse the enthusiasm of the management personnel of the project department of the company,and improve the overall operation condition of the project department.In addition,the management objectives of the project department of the company will be realized,which can benefit the growth of employees and improve the operation and management level of the company.
