Rapid economic growth has brought more and more opportunities to the development of enterprises.At the same time,the competition between enterprises has changed from traditional material resources competition to talent competition.Enterprises have taken human resources as an important factor for the success or failure of enterprise development.More and more enterprise leaders are increasing the plunder of human resources,and have established modern enterprise talent development strategy.On the one hand,it has increased the investment of enterprises in talent reserve and talent introduction,on the other hand,it has also increased the training and development of talents within enterprises.In the human resource management of enterprises,performance appraisal as one of the core contents has been attached great importance to by enterprises.A good performance appraisal system of enterprises can enable employees to work in a fair,just and healthy coordinated environment,can maximize the potential of employees,and the development of enterprises has also risen tremendously.Promoting role,so as to be able to develop in the long run.The designers of Yasha Decoration Company are taken as the research object in this paper.The background,purpose and significance of this topic as well as the research status at home and abroad will be introduced in turn,with related research methods and technical routes followed.Then it reviews and combs the theoretical basis of this study,including performance,performance appraisal,performance appraisal process,main methods of performance appraisal and so on,which lays a foundation for the follow-up study of the performance appraisal of designers in Yasha Decoration Company.Then it states the general situation of the designers of Yasha Decoration Company,summarizes and analyses the status quo of the performance appraisal of the designers,and uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the shortcomings of the performance appraisal of the designers at present,and analyzes the reasons for these shortcomings.On this basis,combed the design ideas of performance appraisal scheme for designers,based on the balanced scorecard,designed the performance appraisal index system for designers,and determined the weight of the index by Lidelphi method,designed the performance appraisal table.Finally,according to the performance plan,performance information collection,performance feedback and performance results application system,the implementation plan is given.In order to implement performance appraisal smoothly and meticulously,this paper establishes a safeguard system from four aspects: organization,personnel,culture and publicity,and technology.I hope that through this study,we can establish a new performance plan which is in line with the design staff of Yasha Decoration Company.It is of great practical significance to attract and retain the excellent designers of Yasha Decoration Company,and to improve their enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work.
