The rapid development of the outsource companies will need more and more of the human resources, the quality and efficiency of the project delivered by delivery department plays a more and more important role in the company. How to improve the individual performance of the first-line staff, how to improve the overall performance of the enterprise has become to the core concern of the outsourcing enterprise. A good, scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, will not only benefit to individual employee, but also benefit to increase their satisfaction and reduce staff turnover, it will also help employee grow their ability, and give upper manager an overall review about the quality of staff and project.This article will take VIT software Outsourcing Company for example, using some method like the literature research and research investigation, will do a research on how to do performance evaluation for project delivery department of VIT.Based on the deep research on the current situation of VIT company software personnel performance evaluation, and analysis of the content of the work and responsibilities, according to the characteristics of personnel, using related theories and methods and combining with the human resource management and performance evaluation, taking the tvpical three type of worker in delivery department for example, this article will design performance evaluation system, including performance appraisal index design, evaluation index system, the establishment of evaluation index weight calculation and determine the evaluation index of the evaluation standard. In the end this paper presents the implementation of performance appraisal system security.This paper aims to establish and improve the delivery department performance appraisal system, which helps company to set up the evaluation indicators and the working process. improve the core competitiveness of company, hoping to provide some beneficial reference for performance management in software company in the aspects of theory and practice.
