| Competition has always been to promote enterprise change management. With theintensification of competition,the enterprise will mainly rely on the growth of efficientmanagement system. Enterprise how to design,maintain and adjust the internal humanresource management system,especially the performance appraisal system,to attract andretain talent and to display the talent to the biggest potential for the purpose of it is veryimportant. But most companies do not know how to operate,which reduces the efficiency ofenterprise performance evaluation,also make the execution is limited by the employees.Increasingly fierce competition of the construction industry,the enterprise leaders tocan successfully achieve the competition strategy of the enterprise,can correctly and timelygrasp of enterprise performance evaluation is one of the key information. In view of this,thisarticle combined with the actual situation of construction company of YSD,aiming at theproblems the company projects department performance evaluation,based on the relatedtheory of performance appraisal,tries to design a set of simple,easy to operate,can reallyimprove the level of employee performance and can meet the needs of enterprise developmentperformance evaluation tool.The research methods by adopting the combination of theoretical research andempirical research method,through questionnaire investigation and employee interviews withproject department present human resource management and performance appraisal systempresent situation and the existence question has carried on the investigation and study,andconcluded the basic train of thought to solve the problem. On the basis of job analysis,usingthe balanced scorecard and key performance indicators (KPI),the project departmentevaluation indexes and weights are optimized design,lays the foundation for projectdepartment to implement effective human resource management.The construction enterprise project department staff performance evaluation research,and hope that the project department through the establishment of a scientific and reasonablehuman resource management system to meet the needs of the current market competition.Scientific human resources management is not only the enterprise but also the urgentproblems of many construction enterprises. Finally formation of the evaluation methods andsome Suggestions for reforming performance also can have the similar enterprises in the sameindustry practical guidance. |
