With the advent of the information age,the role of training in the development of enterprises is becoming increasingly apparent.The competitiveness of enterprises in the future will mainly be staff skills and literacy.Enterprise training is an effective way to improve staff skills and literacy.As the main frontline of national construction,construction enterprises are directly related to the pace of China's modernization.How to effectively improve the skills and literacy of employees of construction companies and how to optimize their training systems have become very important research topics.The research takes the training system of ZTL construction companies as the research object,and uses a variety of research methods such as literature review,case study,questionnaire survey,qualitative analysis,and interdisciplinary research methods to reveal the basis of the survey questionnaire and interview records There are four problems in ZTL's training system.The material dialectical analysis method is used to look at the essence through the phenomenon and analyze the multiple causes of the existing problems.Based on this,the research proposes optimization principles,optimization schemes,and implementation paths as the optimization strategy of the training system,and uses the method of comparative analysis to further evaluate the optimization effect.In view of the problems existing in four aspects of ZTL construction enterprise staff training system training participants,training contents,training methods and training effect evaluation,this paper studies the strategy from three aspects of training system optimization principle,optimization scheme and realization path.Optimization principle is the basic principle and guiding ideology of optimization,including activating management system,strengthening democratic management and using scientific methods Method,total quality management,construction of learning organization and improvement of incentive mechanism.Optimization scheme is the proposal of specific measures and the design of key links,including training preparation,formulation of training scheme,implementation of training scheme and evaluation of training effect.The effective way to realize the optimization scheme is mainly the effective way,including reconstruction of organizational structure and leadership function Transformation,the introduction of incentive model and the guidance of lifelong education.Through the optimization of ZTL training system,we hope to provide theoretical and practical reference for related topics.
