| The Loess Plateau is one of the regions with the most serious soil erosion and the most fragile ecological environment.In 1999,the state began to implement ecological restoration projects such as returning farmland to forest,construction of shelter belt and renovation of sloping farmland,and launched a new round of ecological restoration plan in 2014.The implementation of ecological restoration projects such as returning farmland to forests has improved the coverage of vegetation,reduced soil erosion,and enhanced quality of land resources.At the same time,the ecological restoration project brings a new development direction for the rural industry,and gives rise to the development of the ecological industry.As one of the ecological industries of Loess Plateau ecological restoration project,the apple industry in Yan ’an area has become the main source of income for local farmers and plays an important role in their production and life.Therefore,in this paper four counties(i.e.Luochuan,Yanxian,Zichang and Huanglong)in Yan’an district were selected as research sites,in order to study their apple industry development level,driving factors and the coupling and coordination between ecology and industry.Not only to promote implementation of the Loess Plateau ecological restoration project,also provide new ways for the peasants’ income and a new direction for industry development.Based on the relevant data of Shaanxi,Yan’an and four counties and districts from 2006 to 2016,this paper constructs the indicator system of apple industry development level.On the basis of determining index weight by using the method of entropy value,the evaluation index of apple industry development level and the development index of each subsystem are calculated by comprehensive evaluation index model,and the effect of economic level difference on apple industry development is analyzed.Then,through the coupling and coordination model,the coupling and coordination situation of the ecological environment,social economy,ecological governance and industrial development subsystems of apple industry development,the three subsystems and the whole are obtained.Person correlation analysis and path analysis model were used to analyze the correlation among subsystems and the driving factors of Apple comprehensive evaluation index.Finally,according to the unfavorable factors that restrict the development of apple industry in Yan’an area,some suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of apple industry.The main conclusions drawn in this paper are as follows:(1)The development level of apple industry is increasing in four counties(Luochuan,Zichang,Yanchang and Huanglong).From the development index of each subsystem,the evaluation index of ecological environment and industrial development subsystem in Huanglong county is the best.Zichang county of ecological governance is the best,but its socio-economic index is relatively low.The social economy index of Yanchang county is high,the development of Luochuan county is at a medium level.For the speed of subsystem development,the development speed of Yanchang county and Zichang county is good in each subsystem,but that of Luochuan county and Huanglong county is relatively slow.From the comprehensive development index,the development effect of Yanchang county is the best,while the comprehensive development index and the development speed are also higher,Secondly,Zichang county and Huanglong county,Luochuan County’s development index and speed are relatively low.Generally speaking,the development of Yanchang and Zichang counties is better,the development potential of Huanglong county is bigger,and that of Luochuan county is slower.(2)Coupling degree analysis of four counties:In the coupling of the two subsystems,the coupling degree of social economic,ecological governance(C4)is better in Yanchang county and Huanglong county.The coupling degree of ecological environment,ecological management(C2)is better in luochuan county.The coupling degree of ecological environment,social economy(C1)is better in Zichang county.In the coupling degree between the three sub-systems and the whole system,the coupling degree of ecological environment,social economy,ecological management(C7)is well best in the four counties.The coupling degree of ecological environment,social economy,industrial development(C9)is all poor.Analysis of coordination degree of four counties: Among the coordination degree of the two subsystems,the coordination degree of ecological governance,industrial development(D6)is the best in the four counties.Among the coordination of the three sub-systems and the overall system,the coordination degree of ecological governance,social economy,industrial development(D10)is better in Luochuan county,Yanchang county and Huanglong county.The coordination degree of ecological environment,industrial development and ecological governance(D8)Zichang county is well.The coordination degree of ecological environment,social economy and ecological governance(D7)is all poor in the four counties.Overall,on the coupling degree of the four counties,the between ecological governance and social economic development are better.On the coordination degree of the four counties,the between industrial development and ecological governance development are better.(3)Driving analysis of comprehensive development level of apple industry in four counties: Among the four counties,the industrial development subsystem has the largest correlation with the comprehensive development level of apple industry in Luochuan and Yanchang counties.The ecological governance subsystem has the greatest correlation with the comprehensive development level of apple industry in Zichang county.The ecological management and industrial development have the greatest correlation with the overall development level of apple industry in Huanglong county.The direct driving factor that influences the comprehensive development level of apple industry is industrial development in four counties.The social and economic subsystem have a main indirect effect on the comprehensive development level of apple industry in Luochuan and Huanglong counties.The ecological management have a main indirect effect on the comprehensive development level of apple industry in Yanchang and Zichang counties.In general,the subsystem of industrial development and ecological management are the main driving factors affecting the development of apple industry.(4)Under different economic levels(Luochuan county>Zichang county>Yanchang county>Huanglong county),the development of subsystems and comprehensive evaluation index are no different.The correlation between these systems and the comprehensive development index of apple industry is not obviously different.However,the direct and indirect influence factors have a significant impact on the comprehensive development level of apple industry. |
