Research On The Strategy Of W Agricultural Company In The Environment Of Poverty Alleviation

Xi Jinping stressed that getting out of poverty,improving people's livelihood and gradually realizing common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism and the important mission of the Communist Party of China.In 2015,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council made the decision to win the tough battle against poverty.The whole society of China set off a wave of fighting for poverty alleviation.The key to getting out of poverty is to generate income and increase the local hematopoietic function.The main way to accomplish this goal is to develop the economy.And agricultural enterprises play an important role in the development of economy.Facing the help and support of national policies,in order to meet the policy welfare and the more diversification and complexity of the market,how to find the proper position and development strategy has become a top priority for the agriculture enterprise.W agricultural company is a municipal leading enterprise in agricultural products processing industry,mainly engaged in selenium-rich tea planting,processing and marketing.The development of W agricultural company has witnessed the implementation process of the policy of poverty alleviation and fortification.Through the strategic research of W agricultural company,the development and opportunities of agricultural enterprises can be clearly reflected under the environment of poverty alleviation.Through on-the-spot investigation of the W agricultural company's office space,processing plant and tea garden base,a large number of enterprise data were collected.In the meantime,through getting contact with government departments,looking up policy documents,interviewing government leaders,sorting out and analyzing relevant policies,I deeply analyzed the connotation of poverty alleviation,and summarized the internal and external environment of W agricultural company with PEST analysis method,five-force competition model and SWOT analysis method in enterprise strategic management.It found out the strengths and weaknesses,development opportunities and core competitiveness of W agricultural company,and put forward the strategic selection proposal and safeguard measures.The greatest research achievement of this paper is to promote the sustainable and healthy development of W agricultural company,and to provide reference for the government to make breakthroughs in supporting rural industries and adopt the sustainable policies on poverty alleviation,which is of certain significance to promote the development of local agriculture and promote the overall level of local economy and society.It also provides some enlightenment and reference for other relevant agricultural enterprises.
