The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrialization Poverty Alleviation Of Dingzhou

As an important project related to the people's livelihood and their satisfaction towards life,targeted poverty alleviation has become the top priority of the current work of the Chinese government.While as a major part of the targeted poverty alleviation and a significant measure for the government to continue achieving poverty alleviation in the long run,industrialization poverty alleviation can provide strong guarantee for fundamentally solving the root causes of rural poverty in China.As China will build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way by the year 2020,discussion on the development status and path of industrialization poverty alleviation becomes extremely important in this final period of poverty alleviation.At present,although Dingzhou in Hebei province is based on the precise and full coverage of poverty alleviation measures to seeks roads with Dingzhou's characteristics to implement the industrialization poverty alleviation policy,the work is still complex and difficult as Dingzhou is a city with a population of about 1.3 million and 25 township offices.Thus it becomes a key area for poverty alleviation in Hebei Province.Moreover,there are certain problems such as the single form of poverty alleviation and insufficient support for science and technology during the industrialization poverty alleviation.Therefore,attention needs to be paid on how to ensure the targeted,scientific and sustainable development of industrialization poverty alleviation in the future.The author was involved in targeted poverty alleviation in D Town since the beginning of 2017,and first-handed data and sufficient experience has been accumulated in the last two years.In this paper,specific cases will be discussed and interviews be used to demonstrate the status quo and path of industrialization poverty alleviation development.At the same time,targeted measures and improvements would be concluded by learning from the advanced experience in the surrounding areas based on the situation in Dingzhou,and suggestions for the development path of industrialization poverty alleviation would also be proposed.,changing the way of Industrialization Poverty Alleviation into the period of driving.After analyzing the situation of industrialization poverty alleviation in Dingzhou,this paper would try to find the problems and paths which lead to poverty alleviation in the future.There are five chapters included in this paper.The first chapter introduces the background and meaning of industrialization poverty alleviation and researches both home and abroad concerning the topic would also be listed in this chapter.The second chapter mainly discusses concepts and theories,including targeted poverty alleviation and industrialization poverty alleviation,Marxist Theory of anti-Poverty and Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation theories in the new era.The third chapter specifically analyses the industrialization poverty alleviation in Dingzhou.Problems concerning the paths of industrialization poverty alleviation in Dingzhou would be pointed out through the analysis of situation of poverty alleviation,industrialization poverty alleviation,and implementation of polices and projects in Dingzhou and problems would also be concluded.In this chapter,large amount of data,cases and interviews would be used to ensure the accuracy of the information.The fourth chapter expoud the problems and the cause of the problems,including the mode of industrialization poverty alleviation,the system,degree of participation of the company and initiation of extreme poverty to analysis the reasons why industrialization poverty alleviation has a low efficiency.The last chapter would give suggestions on how to conduct poverty alleviation through industrial development based on cases study.New methods would also be pointed out through the demonstration of how to extend the industrial chain,how to conduct poverty alleviation through traditional culture,and how to motivate poverty stricken people,etc.,and suggestions on how to develop industrialization poverty alleviation would also be put forward for the surrounding areas.
