Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation In Suburban Agriculture Industry From The Perspective Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

The research object of this paper is Kunlun Town,which is located around Nanning city,relies on urban development and typical suburban town.Based on investigation and study of Kunlun town,its present situations of location,agricultural,economic and agricultural industry for poverty alleviation development is understand.Relevant theory of poverty alleviation such as the concept of precise poverty alleviation,comparasive advantage theory,industrial aggregation theory and resource endowment theory is combined as the theoretical basis of later research and analysis.Through combing situation of poverty alleviation work in Kunlun town,to understand and analyze some effects on agricultural industry for poverty alleviation development of whole town in three years,and sum up and induce problems and difficulties in the process of poverty alleviation.Problems:own defects of poor households that affects the precise help,defects of implementation of industrial support policy,imprecise mode of industrial support and the restrict development due to technology and less attention is invested,etc.In term of problems in industrial poverty help,it was considered in this paper that the leading industry should be selected in combination with local practice,the industrial goal should be clarified,the infrastructure construction should be enhanced,capital investment should be regulated,create the leading enterprise,construct multipl-cooperated organizations,create agricultural industrial brand,cultivate new type professional peasant under new times,exercise the mechanism of government,industry,school and research,develop agricultural man power resource,enhance government strength of policy guarantee,construct quality service platform;establish finance stock right investment funds,fulfill financial poverty alleviation fund sharing,etc.,to push forward the continuity of poverty alleviation and develop the effect of industrial poverty alleviation.
