Since the 1980 s,more and more companies have realized the importance of cultivating corporate culture.With the different stages of enterprise development,the cultivation of corporate culture has gone through a process from nothing to existence and from existence to excellence.During the transformation of economic development from high-speed growth to high-quality growth,the leadership,internal control,and coordination of corporate management have been continuously strengthened with the improvement of corporate culture construction,and the "soft power" of the enterprise has been established,and the quality of the enterprise has been high.Development goals are guaranteed.However,at present,many small and medium-sized enterprises have encountered a series of problems in the process of corporate culture cultivation and implementation.For example,the concept of cultural cultivation cannot be implemented well,and cultural cultivation is not separated from team building and system building.Therefore,how to effectively improve the cultivation of corporate culture,enhance the soft power of enterprises,and help enterprises achieve high-quality development has become a topic worthy of research.The article is first based on the collation of domestic and foreign research literature,using case analysis method,field research method and other research methods,and the definition of corporate culture definition,structure,characteristics and role and other related concepts are defined,discussing interpersonal relationship theory,McGregor The theoretical basis of "XY" and Maslow's demand theory.Secondly,the article briefly introduces the development history and cultural cultivation organization structure of Hebei SK Pharmaceutical Company,and based on the field investigation of the corporate culture of Hebei SK Pharmaceutical Company,the current status of corporate culture cultivation of Hebei SK Pharmaceutical Company is obtained and the existence of corporate culture is analyzed The problems of corporate culture at the material level,behavior level,system level and spiritual level explain the lack of understanding of the role of SK Pharmaceuticals in corporate culture,imperfect construction of corporate culture cultivation system,lack ofinnovation in corporate culture cultivation,and excessive emphasis on entrepreneurial culture,The quality of leaders and employees needs to be continuously improved and other reasons.Combining theory with case analysis,the article proposes improvements such as enhancing the humanistic culture of SK Pharmaceuticals,enhancing the cohesion and competitiveness of SK Pharmaceuticals,strengthening the material culture of SK Pharmaceuticals,building a learning organization platform for SK Pharmaceuticals,improving the performance evaluation mechanism and the reward and punishment system.The countermeasures,and based on the above countermeasures,further put forward safeguard measures for the cultivation of the institutional culture of Hebei SK Pharmaceuticals,including strengthening organizational safeguards,establishing talent strategies,strengthening supervision,and clarifying power and responsibility mechanisms.
