In 2014,China’s urban and rural residents’ pension insurance system was formally merged,and the integration of this system is of great decisive significance for coordinating urban and rural development.However,with the development of the economy and the speed of population aging,the imbalance of inter-regional development in China has led to great differences in the implementation of pension policies for urban and rural residents in various regions.There is a phenomenon of imbalance in the development of pension insurance for urban and rural residents.In the current research on the level of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents,most scholars use a single indicator for analysis and the index system adopted is not standardized.The research content is mostly concentrated on the appropriate level of urban and rural residents’ endowment insurance,and the level of urban and rural residents’ endowment insurance.dispersion.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the regional differences of the level of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in China,and explore the reasons for the imbalance of the development of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents,and provide theoretical support and reference for improving the endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents in China.This paper studies the regional differences and influencing factors of the pension insurance level of urban and rural residents in China from the perspective of “regional differences”.Firstly,it sorts out the relevant literature on the level of pension insurance for urban and rural residents,understands the current research status at home and abroad,summarizes the concept of urban and rural residents’ pension insurance,the connotation of urban and rural residents’ pension insurance level and the related theoretical basis,and determines the research of this paper.Methods and research routes.Then,the index is used to construct the evaluation index system of urban and rural residents’ pension insurance level,and the principal component analysis method is used to measure the pension insurance level of urban and rural residents in 31 provinces,municipalities and districts in China from 2013 to 2017.The method of class analysis analyzes the regional differences of the level of pension insurance for urban and rural residents in China from 2013 to 2017 from two dimensions: time series and regional distribution.Through analysis,it is found that the level of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in China has increased in 2017 compared with the comprehensive level in 2013,but the overall development is unstable.There is a big difference between the eastern,middle and western levels and the internal pension insurance level between urban and rural residents.On this basis,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the level of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in China based on the main factors extracted from the empirical.Finally,this paper summarizes the regional differences in urban and rural residents’ pension insurance levels and the influencing factors of regional differences and puts forward some policy recommendations. |
