Internet education industry from the late 1990 s budding stage,all the way come to the current stage of maturity.In the 21 st century,with the iterative updating of Internet technology,the education industry has undergone earth-shaking changes.The technological innovation creates the service pattern and the thought transformation innovation unceasingly.Regarding the enterprise,it's particularly important to keep up with the social progress footsteps,and the talented person strategy is also the sustainable development key strategy in the competition big wave.How to develop and retain talents is the premise and key for enterprises to maintain efficient operation,and it is also one of the hot topics of human resources research at present.For organizations,the turnover rate of employees has been a topic of concern.Once the employees' working experiences in the company face problems,the results are that the staff work enthusiasm decline,the sense of belonging and achievement reduced,then consider leaving,seriously affecting the development and operation of the company business.Therefore,it has a certain practical significance to pay attention to the staff turnover rate for the staff motivation of the organization.This article takes the OL company staff as the research object,from the phenomenon that OL company staff turnover rate continues to rise as the question starting point,according to the theory review,questionnaire investigation,face-to-face interview and the data analysis,thorough analysis and research,the root causes of the problem are that career planning and other supports system issues of OL company lead to the increase of employee turnover rate.Based on the analysis of the above reasons,this article applies foreign classic departure model?career theory and other motivational theories and improves the continuous increase in staff turnover through the establishment of relevant career objective feedback mechanism flow,the establishment of career development path feedback mechanism flow,the organization individual career development matching work and the perfection of training and promotion mechanism in OL company.Through the research on the career goal setting,career development path setting,and the construction of the company support system,this article aims to solve the problem of the continuous increase of employee turnover rate for OL Company.The relevant research results have just been put into trial operation in OL Company,and are still under furtherstudy and discussion.The research in this article is the practical application of the relevant theories in the current human resource management,not only for enterprises to solve important problems,but also for other enterprises to provide a beneficial reference for similar issues.
