The era of knowledge economy, the individual entrepreneurial environment than in the past have great change, with the rapid development of information technology to promote the personal, entrepreneurship has gradually to the age of 2, personal occupation career planning in the choice is no longer limited to simple employment, there will be more business opportunities, this enterprise will become one of the important factors of brain drain. The diversity in the face of globalization deepening trend brings talent competition situation, the choice of business staff employment and the age of 2, if the enterprises want to have with the competitive human resources, must consider the reality of how the stability of existing staff, need to take into account business under 2 times personal occupation career diversity change, planning and personal occupation career development organically, the only way to better meet the changing characteristics of occupation demand environment, the overall market under the new normal person.This paper takes the knowledge of small and medium private enterprise employees as research object, using the questionnaire empirical research way to research the relationship between employee occupation career planning and turnover intention among. First of all, through the theoretical analysis, sorting ideas, the career planning is divided into two stages, the corresponding research variables are divided into two different effects of the mechanism of the interval. First stage, namely according to the theory of career development set up personal career development stage variable, the content includes the career goals and strategies; the second stage, namely according to the career choice theory to set up the personal career selection and management variables, according to the current domestic scholars have focused on sorting out the corresponding variables. In the first stage, in order to clear the study, the introduction of the work embedded, play a regulatory role between the two. The second stage is to individual organization matching as the intermediary variable, thus explaining the mechanism of influence on the turnover intention.After extensive research, the paper draws the influence mechanism of occupation career planning turnover intention regression model. Results show that the relationship between occupation career planning and turnover intention, personal occupation career goal and turnover intention are positively correlated, in many factors influence the most significant positive correlation; second is to change career strategy, individual occupation understanding organizational and individual organization matching, career exploration, career beliefs and self cognition. Work embedded on individual career planning and new generation plays a role of regulating the relationship between knowledge staff turnover intention, and personal- fit in the personal career planning and Cenozoic intermediary role between knowledge staff turnover intention.For enterprises, combined with the two stages of a comprehensive view, should pay attention to the occupation career planning basic goal and strategy of staff, and to reach consensus, and organization, provide employees more in line with the needs of their own occupation career content. In order to reduce the turnover rate.
