Smart home is a strategic industry being cultivated by our country.The products include smart appliances,smart security,smart lighting and so on.Many products are being sold online and in stores.Mechanical and electronic household products are being upgraded.The concept of Whole House Intelligence has been proposed.Consumption is updating,the sales scale of smart home products has exceeded 100 billion in china.Company A actively enters and works hard during the cultivation period of smart home products.It is necessary for Company A to further adjust its business strategy of smart home products in the context of the company's further growth and the rapid growth of smart home.Firstly,this paper analyses the internal and external business environment of smart home.Such as the development of society,economic factors,policy support,technological development,competitive environment and so on.Through the application of Porter's Five-Forces Model of competitive analysis tool,the external competitive environment of the company is clearly demonstrated.Then the internal business environment of company A is analyzed.For example,the company's vision and mission introduction,production and research and development of smart home products and business status analysis,to show the situation within the company.Through the analysis of internal and external environment,find out the key factors of company A's strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.Through matching analysis of SWOT matrix,through strategic analysis and strategic choice,find out the company's alternative strategy for smart home product management.Through the determination of the alternative strategy and considering the company's actual situation,the product innovation strategy is core strategy,the product portfolio strategy,Blue Sea strategy and internationalization strategy are taken as the assistant strategies of company A's smart home product management,among which the most important strategy to be implemented is product innovation strategy and Blue Sea strategy.During the process of strategy implementation,the main is to adjust the organizational structure and strengthen the team and system construction.Structural adjustment refers to the management adjustment within the Smart Home Business Department to the management mode of product line.Through this adjustment,we can make progress in innovation view,power distribution and business incentives,and lay a foundation for the company to carry out product line management.Team building and system building focus on R&D,marketing and planning to cope with the company's strategic adjustment.In the process of research,through the analysis of management system documents and product operation status,market analysis report,human resources and flow statistics of Smart Home Business Department and product development process,combined with the study of business strategy,we give corresponding product management suggestions,that is,to strengthen the innovation and development of products.Stepping into the new blue sea market and strengthening the internationalization of the company.The research in this paper can clearly show that smart home industry is a fast-rising large industry,SMEs in the smart home industry to find their own position,carry out reasonable strategic planning,and strive to operate,will make a great contribution;At the same time,through analysis and planning for A company's follow-up smart home product management to provide theoretical support.At the same time,it can provide reference for other smart home products companies.
