Household facilities affect the quality of life of every family,in recent years,with the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,Internet of Things technology is gradually mature,make home life safer,convenient and efficient intelligent home products more and more people of the concern,smart home market competition is more and more intense.How does an enterprise take advantage of its own advantage in this market?What is the demand for consumers?What is the competitive environment?What kind of strategy should the business deal with?In this paper,we take Millet Tech which is a typical company in intelligent home market for example,to study these issues.Based on the theory,this paper puts forward ten hypotheses about the relationship between the demand factors of smart home consumers,designs the questionnaire of 27 matrix items,and establishes the structural equation model to fit the structural utility decomposition of the path coefficients.The analysis shows that demand willingness and ability to pay are the most critical factors that affect the potential demand of users,but also the key to the user's purchase behavior,and the perceived price has the least impact on the user's potential demand.This means that at this stage,smart home manufacturers can start from the needs of users,starting from the high-end market,without having to be too limited by the product's cost-effective,so that users have a good experience of the product.Through PEST analysis we can see that,the smart home market is currently in the political environment,economic environment and social environment are relatively good,but the technical environment is not optimistic.As the interface standards and protocols within the industry are difficult to unify,the brands are independent operation,self-contained,lack of coordination,seriously hindered the interconnection between different intelligent home products;many intelligent devices are traditional equipment+ APP control Mode,paste the " smart" label,the user really need the function and application scenarios cannot be achieved;cloud computing platform and large data analysis technology is also difficult to enter the market,used in smart home products,leading to home appliances intelligence The degree of being far from enough.Through the competitive physical model and competitors analysis found that millet needs to integrate existing resources,simplify and optimize the supply chain,through marketing and self-development to balance the buyer and supplier bargaining power;to enhance their core competitiveness,alert Jing dong,Alibaba,Haier,Letv as the company's action.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of millet in the existing competitive environment are analyzed by SWOT method.Millet should carry out the Internet of things,cloud computing technology research,and related businesses and offline stores in-depth cooperation;to attract mobile phone users into intelligent home products users,to strengthen marketing and publicity;improve their core competitiveness,to prevent competitors Threatening;the formation of millet product ecology of the closed-loop,if necessary,with other enterprises to form an alliance against rivals.Through comprehensive research and analysis,it is found that Millet intelligent home is suitable for cost leading and differentiation strategy,and needs to be implemented and guaranteed from brand image,product technology,market channel,human resources and so on.
