With the continuous development of society as well as science and technology,people's lives have been experiencing an unprecedented revolution.Comfort,safety,convenience and controllability are the goal and ideal of people's home life.With the progress of automation and information technology,the emergence of intellectualized products made this ideal a reality.In recent years,not only manufacturing enterprises but also smart home products are showing a rapid growth trend.The involvement of Internet giants aggravated vitality and competition of the market.And a wide variety of intelligent switch as the basic unit of smart home and devices provides unlimited possibilities for the realization of the function of smart home.From simple lighting function to complex cooking features,from bedroom to bathroom,from alarm to smart lock,the ideal of smart home created a huge imagination and market for smart home products.AiHome Smart Home Technologies Co,Ltd.,as a high-tech startup committed to intelligent Home Furnishing business,has an excellent team and advanced equipment.Although there are many similar homogeneous products,its intelligent switches currently have a good momentum of development,with incomparable advantages against many other similar and/or homogeneous products.In face of inconstant market,competition always exists.With the combination of the history,current situation and future trend of the development of intelligent Home Furnishing market,as well as the product structure and business mode of intelligent Home Furnishing industry,this research applied PESTEL method to analyze the environmental influence factors of marketing strategy.A SWOT comparative analysis of the internal marketing factors of AiHome's intelligent switch products is performed.According to the characteristics of AiHome company and its products,as well as combined with the current situation of domestic intelligent switch market,the STP method is used to analyze the advantages of the enterprise itself and the core competitiveness of its products.The direction and feasibility of marketing is proposed.Guidance of the product and pricing strategy is presented through a series of security measures.A set of application oriented clear solution is put forward for marketing strategy.
