With the advent of the Internet of things era,smart home industry ushered in an important period of development opportunities.Compared with traditional home,smart home is more personalized and has better home experience,which is the trend and direction of home consumption in the future.The state has constantly issued new policies to actively guide the development of China's smart home industry.The development of Internet of things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies has also promoted the development of smart home industry.Only by actively developing smart home industry can we meet the huge potential market demand and improve people's quality of life.In such a situation,how to do well in the competitive strategy of smart home business of KB company is related to the future and destiny of the company.This requires scientific research methods to develop a suitable KB company's competitive strategy,so as to ensure that KB company can better grasp the opportunities,meet the challenges and build core competitiveness.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes the relevant theories of competitive strategy and the research status at home and abroad.The second part analyzes the macro environment and industry environment of KB's smart home business by PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model,and finds out the key factors of competition,opportunities and threats.The third part analyzes the internal resources of KB In the fourth part,SWOT model is used to analyze the competitive situation of KB company,and the feasibility of adopting cost leading strategy,focusing strategy and differentiation strategy is analyzed.The most appropriate competitive strategy is differentiation strategy based on the current situation of KB company.In the fifth part,the smart home business of KB company is analyzed The implementation of differentiated competition strategy in human resources,technology,marketing and finance is described respectively,and the implementation guarantee is given.The possible operational risk,asset loss risk,competition risk and market shrinkage risk are considered,and the countermeasures are put forward.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is made and the prospect and summary are insufficient.
