China Mobile Communications Group Jilin Co.,Ltd.Jilin City Branch,as a subsidiary of Jilin Mobile,with the province's revenue share of 14.9%,ranking the second place in the province.In Jilin City,the mobile revenue share of Jilin City accounted for 48.65% of the three operators.Due to the decline in marketing of traditional services,both the revenue share and user share declined.Even though the home market in Mobile Company started late,the home business has played a vital role in optimizing the income structure and increasing the user's reliability on the Internet.The home market has gradually transformed into a core market for operator competition.While original single communication product can no longer meet the customer's demand for home informationization.Creating an “integrated,intelligent,and united” smart home product development system is the development trend of the home market,and the original marketing strategy cannot meet the diversification.Therefore,we need to re-research and establish the development strategies of intelligent smart home products.Taking jilin mobile branch intelligent household products as the research object,research and discussion in today's information age and universal intelligent era background,in the face of fierce market competition and the transformation of the consumers' characteristics,from a new perspective to examine how intelligent household products relationship with customers,how to plan more effective marketing strategy,allow more users to use jilin mobile branch intelligent household products,pass the value of the products more conveniently to customers,better serve the needs of users,so as to better promote transformation and upgrading of jilin mobile branch of information industry and development.I hope to take this revolutionary product as a platform to lead jilin mobile branch to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading in the information age.With the help of the improvement of marketing strategies to drive the offline products and services to achieve revolutionary changes,so as to promote jilin mobile branch to truly realize the transformation and upgrading of smart home product marketing.Through the environmental analysis of the product,the market demand for the development of smart home products is deeply explored.Through the SWOT analysis of the product,the advantages and disadvantages of the product in the development,as well as the opportunities and threats,are found out.Based on this,the corresponding 4P marketing strategy and implementation guarantee are formulated.The aim is to effectively help jilin mobile branch to explore the family market,keep trying,continue to break through,usher in new development opportunities.
