Since 2017,Qinhuangdao Bank has ushered in the second five-year development period.Whether it can use this period to firmly grasp more development opportunities and whether it can withstand the challenges of the market will have an ununderestimated impact on the bank’s future development.It can be said that this is a period of history and the future.The Qinhuangdao Bank must not only sum up the development of the previous period,but also objectively and impartially assess the status quo and clarify its advantages and shortcomings.Reasonable strategic planning in a complex strategic environment.Therefore,this study first carried out in-depth investigation activities and used a variety of methods to analyze the current internal and external development environment of the bank,such as comparison method,empirical analysis method,quantitative and qualitative combination method,etc.,in order to formulate a reasonable strategic plan for the next step.Finally,it will achieve the goal of reducing efficiency and expanding market share.It does the analysis of the development of the industry at home and abroad,combs the development of strategic management theory at home and abroad,and also collates and compares the strategic research of urban commercial banks in the paper.Then this paper introduces the core concept and related theories of enterprise development strategy,including the concept and classification of enterprise development strategy,and the choice of development strategy,and focuses on three kinds of analysis methods to lay a theoretical foundation for the development strategy of qinhuangdao bank.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Qinhuangdao Bank,through the Porter Five-Force Model,PEST Analysis,and SWOT Analysis,we determine the development path and implementation methods of asset and liability management,as well as the company’s banking business,retail business,and Jinrongshichang’s business.Construct a strategic implementation plan suitable for the long-term development of Qinhuangdao Bank.Finally,according to the development strategy of qinhuangdao bank,from many aspects,the effective implementation of qinhuangdao bank development strategy plan to formulate reasonable safeguards measures,including incubating enterpriseculture,innovation construction,adjusting organizational structure,operation management and so on.
