Research Business Unit Of State-owned Commercial Bank Reform

Starting from the introduction of firm organization theory, the paper introduces the evolution and development tendency of structural modes about modern firm organization, analyses the evolution, development tendency and latest SBU of western commercial banks' organization structure, investigates and compares advance modern commercial banks in the introduction SBU's practice. Based on this, the paper deeply analyses the current situation and unsolved problems of the organization structure in state-owned commercial banks in China, illustrates the necessary and urgency of the organization structure innovation in state-owned commercial banks, and identifies the revolution direction of SBU modes.
