With the improvement of people's living quality,the demand for fresh products is gradually increasing,and fresh products are gradually becoming the necessities of people's life.The corresponding cold-chain logistics is also developing rapidly.Due to the high temperature and time requirements of fresh products,it is necessary to fully consider the time window requirements of customers and plan the distribution route in advance in the distribution process.This can not only reduce the enterprise's distribution costs,but also improve its customer satisfaction and service level.Based on the vehicle routing problem with time Windows and the specific background of SY company,this paper conducts mathematical modeling,considers the time window requirements of customer points and carries out fuzzy processing on them,analyzes the various costs generated in the distribution process of fresh products and determines the customer satisfaction function.In determining customer satisfaction function in the process,this paper combines the time window of customer requirement and the improvement of the raw loss coefficient,and then according to the relevant constraints,established the minimum total distribution costs,overall customer satisfaction of the largest fresh product distribution route optimization mathematical model of multi-objective and using an improved genetic algorithm for the solution of the model.the use of MATLAB programming,the uniform distribution on the basis of multi-objective optimization of Pareto inferior solution,in combination with the practical background of the SY company again,for more groups of Pareto compare the Pareto solutions and choose the optimal solution,and the current distribution path of SY company is compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.It provides an effective solution for SY company and a certain reference for it to reasonably arrange vehicle paths and improve customer satisfaction and service level.
