In the background of the rapid development of national economy and an increasingly internet technology,people's consumption level and consumption idea have changed obviously and meanwhile,with the promotion of life quality and fast-paced lifestyle,people's accept the ability to the new thing to be strong,e-commerce has gradually been accepted and recognized.Since the people's requirements for through the network platform to purchase fresh agricultural products have become more and more urgent,and the requirements of the distribution more and more diversified.While the current fresh agricultural electronic business platform to take delivery mode can't fully meet the needs of consumers,the high cost of logistic allocation,regional distribution route unreasonable and ignore the problem of customer demand degree of time have become the “bottle-neck” of the expansion of the electronic commerce in our country,restrict the fresh agricultural products business growth.So that,in the background of e-commerce on the internet,how to structure a fresh e-commerce delivery mode more closer to reality,reasonable planning distribution path,improving distribution efficiency,ensure the quality and freshness of this product and higher users' satisfaction level,all of this are the development of fresh agricultural e-commerce delivery difficult to overcome the difficulties.Reference to the development tendency of fresh agricultural e-commerce,in this paper,on the basis of the established characteristics of fresh agricultural e-commerce,business platform or enterprise distribution model,then mainly discusses some related issues about fresh agricultural products distribution path optimization.First of all,the forefathers' research are cross the board summarized and generalized,then the main characteristics of fresh agricultural products circulation of fresh agricultural products in China are discussed,and then the analysis of the fresh agricultural products circulation situation and facing the bottleneck.Secondly,aiming at the existing problems of the distribution model of the electronic business platform,puts forward considering the bounded rational characteristics of consumer travel decision-making,based on the cumulative prospect theory,constructed an objective about cargo damage cost,penalty cost and transportation cost,constructed on the agent needs,vehicle loading quality and customer requirements with time windows,constructing the optimization model of fresh agricultural e-commerce distribution route considering customer's time criticality.This model can fully consider the refinement of the time window of customer requirements,based on the savings in distribution costs,improve customer satisfaction of delivery service,has a certain practical value;thirdly,the application of improved particle swarm algorithm aided software of Matlab7.10 programming model and solving;finally,cities in a suit of benchmark functions comparative and analysis the performance of the improvement algorithm,combined with the specific case to test the mathematical model,proved the feasibility of this model and algorithm in solving related problems.And then,the results obtained are analyzed and summarized.
