With the socio-economic development and the acceleration of the life and working pace, people are in a growing need of fresh frozen foods. Fresh frozen meat which is fresh, safe, of good taste, has entered more and more urban families with broad market prospect. In order to improve its sales level retailers have increasingly strict requirements for the distribution of fresh frozen meat products. Usually there are requirements of delivery time and quality. For the distribution enterprise, in consideration of the constraints of the time window, they also consider the urban road traffic congestion, the perishable feature of the delivery goods and other "random" characteristics during the delivery so as to achieve the objective of minimizing the distribution costs.This paper, based on the characteristics of traditional vehicle routing problem and a careful analysis of fresh frozen product delivery characteristics, builds the cost function including the transportation cost, the cost of refrigerant consumed in the refrigeration truck, as well as the penalty cost when failing to meet the customer demand of the time window. The objective function minimizes the sum of the above costs from the logistics distribution enterprise's perspective and constructs the basic model of the distribution routing for fresh frozen meat products. For better solution of fresh frozen meat enterprise's delivery routing problem, the author took A enterprise as an analysis sample based on her years of working experience in the fresh frozen meat enterprise and pulled out a simple example. The example is solved by C-W algorithm to verify the rationality and the feasibility of the model constructed in this paper. Finally, aiming at reducing the delivery cost for the fresh frozen meat distribution enterprise and enhancing the delivery efficiency, suggestions are proposed. |
